All grain American pale ale

For some time I have been making beer using malt extract. The beer has been good, but to be honest it's not really making beer, its more like making kool aid. So I finally decided to have a go at all grain brewing. Here are a few images of the brew as I milled the grains and brewed it up, and yes I did use the brew in a bad method, for my first all grain it was just a simpler process.

That journey has lead me to making all sorts of tasty foods and of course nothing goes better with good food then beer. However it wasn't enough to just buy different beers (and yes I have bought and tried my fair share), I love the idea of making beer from scratch.
